These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with the Nexlane Freight website (the “Service”) operated by Nexlane Freight LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Nexlane Freight provides professional freight dispatching services to owner-operators and small trucking companies. Our services include, but are not limited to, dedicated dispatcher assignment, broker setup packet management, invoicing and paperwork handling, back-office support, high-paying load sourcing, route planning, load scheduling and assignment, and lumper and detention handling.
By registering as a carrier with Nexlane Freight, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You must hold a valid MC number and maintain active insurance as required by law.
Nexlane Freight operates on a strict no-forced-dispatch policy. We recommend loads based on your preferences and lane availability, but you always retain the final decision on whether to accept any load. We do not apply pressure or require acceptance of any specific load.
Our dispatching fees are based on the specific service agreement between you and Nexlane Freight. Fees may be structured on a percentage basis or a flat-fee basis as agreed upon. Any changes to fees will be communicated to you in advance. Invoicing is handled on your behalf in accordance with the services provided.
Nexlane Freight does not require long-term contracts. You may cancel our dispatching services at any time with proper notice as described in your service agreement. Any fees owed for services already rendered remain payable upon cancellation.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nexlane Freight LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Nexlane Freight makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the accuracy of information provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlane Freight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
